![]() In all honestly I think the actual program is more stable than Cubase, but I think it has as many problems with errant VST/AU's and I can't vouch for the Windows version, I haven't used it. Yes, the tempo features are pretty extensive, decent auto matching and menu choices to scale tempos. most of us own Keyboard Maestro for that sort of functionality, or Metagrid. No, it can do all those things of course but a built in macro feature is a total plus of Cubase and Reaper etc. I have Komplete Contol s88 hardware that does that if I wanted. Sort of, DP has a MIDI Scale tool that allows you to lock certain scales, and you can make your own, but it doesn't update the Piano roll with your new scale selection and show only etc. Yes, all of that is just as comprehensive as Cubase, I would say that as far as I know only Cubase and DP have extensive automation curve types and the ability to manipulate them extensively. Click to expand.- There's only one Mixer per Sequence, but DP has extensive Track Selection, so it's trivial to set up an instrument and bus only shortcut as those are already choices in the submenu.
